Lycoming Engines Presents Check to the United Way
Williamsport, PA – May 25, 2007 – Lycoming Engines, a Textron company, recently presented a check for $10,000 to the Lycoming County United Way. This donation was made possible through the generous contributions of Lycoming Engine’s suppliers who attended Lycoming’s annual supplier conference. “Presenting this check to the United Way is how we continue to do our part for the local community,” stated Ian Walsh, senior vice president and general manager of Lycoming Engines. Many groups associated with the United Way will benefit from the contribution, helping hundreds of those in need in our local area.
