Signature Series
 A Thunderbolt Signature Series engine is differentiated from a certified, production engine. Signature Series engines, like all Thunderbolt engines, are constructed one at a time, by two-person teams in dedicated build cells located here in Lycoming’s Advanced Technology Center. In addition to being team built, Signature engines are internally balanced and will be configured to meet the customer’s exact specifications.
Custom performance options range from major changes like crankcase or crankshaft to fuel systems, ignition systems, sumps, induction components, and turbocharging.
Customers may specify appearance options such as custom engine color (or colors) and chrome-finished parts.
Thunderbolt Signature Series engines receive a 2-year/200 hour parts and labor warranty.
